These compounds can also evaporate indoors and if paint high in VOC is used this leads to indoor air quality problems.                                                               FORM AND FUNCTION The building is supposed to serve as a multipurpose and multifunctional centre  where individuals living in the local community as well as tourists can spend their time.      This leisure and recreational centre will also offer customers a warm environment which will shield them from the cold UK climate. There will be 24/7 security surveillance to ensure customers are always safe.      The main reason behind this project is to develop more centres with   multiple side attractions.
