CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS

Image
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS       This blog contains indebt information regarding the material that will be used in construction. It also contains information on how the recreational centre will be sustained since it will be developed in a coastal region The basic building materials used in the building will be Portland cement, aluminum, concrete, cypress wood, clay tile, solar control glass, and low e coating. Paint with a lesser percentage of Volatile Organic Compounds. Using paint with a low composition in VOC reduces the number of chemicals and toxic compounds that evaporate into the atmosphere. These compounds can also evaporate indoors and if paint high in VOC is used this leads to indoor air quality problems. However, when more wate r-based paints are utilized, such problems will be avoided Coastal projects are one of the most difficult projects to take up as an architect. This is because of issues such as the volatility of the soil

research - Style of architecture

Image
STYLE OF ARCHITECTURE I will incorporate modern Architecture and deconstructivism into my budling design. This includes the interior and the exterior of the building. HISTORY OF MODERN AND DECONSTRUCTIVISM ARCHITECTURE MODERN Modernist design is generally credited to a variety of European architects, most notably Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier and German-American architect Walter Gropius. Gropius founded the Bauhaus school of thought and design style in Germany, which had a significant impact on modernist design. Another contemporary architectural powerhouse, Ludwig Mie's van der Rohe, was a significant influence. This form of architecture is also structured around the use of modern technology and materials such as glass, natural wood, concrete, aluminum steel, and other metals. It also incorporates the use of a minimalistic style to portray order and a calm and subtle environment. It became popular in the late 18th century and is currently

FORM AND FUNCTION

FORM AND FUNCTION The building is supposed to serve as a multipurpose and multifunctional centre  where individuals living in the local community as well as tourists can spend their time.      This leisure and recreational centre will also offer customers a warm environment which will shield them from the cold UK climate. There will be 24/7 security surveillance to ensure customers are always safe.      The main reason behind this project is to develop more centres with   multiple side attractions. With the success of the recreational centre, I will succeed at creating a mini leisure universe where customers can thrive and submerge themselves into a world of endless entertainment        Selecting a coastal region will also give the centre a beautiful and           sophisticated  landscape. The exterior will also serve as an exotic eye grabbing Architecture piece with the interior as well boasting of high end  technology and

For Zaha Hadid, this approach was particularly significant , it afforded her the opportunity to explore the types of forms employed by the Russian structuralist painters she idolised , including Kazimir Malevich and Vladimir Tatlin.  Inspired by Russian Painters The fascination began in 1970, while Zaha Hadid was studying at the Architectural Association of  London. The Association at that time was a hot bed of ideas, but Zaha Hadid was part of a rebellion calling for a greater focus on drawing as a tool for conceptual development. With the support of then d

PROJECT RESEARCH Subject Area:  Architecture    Project Title: Recreational Centre Development   Project Aims and Objectives:  My Architecture project design is going to be an indoor deconstructivism-themed recreational center. This centre will be big enough to facilitate 20000 people. Construction materials that will be utilized are going to be sustainable and less harmful to the environment. The centre will be located away from Central Business Districts and City Centre's. It will be located in a serene area on the outskirts of town for customers to have an enjoyable and relaxed time at the centre. The indoor recreational centre will have facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, indoor basketball court, and indoor football field as well as a high-tech virtual reality centre and arcade for an extraordinary gaming experience. There will also be a spa and cosmetic room for individuals to relax and release stress.  I will also crea
