  • The building is supposed to serve as a multipurpose and multifunctional centre where individuals living in the local community as well as tourists can spend their time.


  •      This leisure and recreational centre will also offer customers a warm environment which will shield them from the cold UK climate. There will be 24/7 security surveillance to ensure customers are always safe.


  •      The main reason behind this project is to develop more centres with   multiple side attractions. With the success of the recreational centre, I will succeed at creating a mini leisure universe where customers can thrive and submerge themselves into a world of endless entertainment

  •        Selecting a coastal region will also give the centre a beautiful and           sophisticated  landscape. The exterior will also serve as an exotic eye grabbing Architecture piece with the interior as well boasting of high end  technology and a modernized touch 

  •        A centre like this will invite many tourists leading to the promotion of the business. This will also make the town and the country at Large widely known. In the long run, it will leaf to an enlargement of the customer base, due to the good services rendered as well as an increase in revenue earned by the Government.
