Project sign off

                                                      PROJECT SIGN OFF 


After my initial ideas were established, I had a sign-off session with my tutor. During the session, I reinstated the plan I had for my final project. My tutor also gave comments and amended certain aspects of my plan. This involved how I would produce my concept sketches as well as my 3D outcome. Following my sign-off, I will continue with in-depth planning of my 2d and 3d outcomes. The link for my sign-off is below;

    Ok, good to see this on here. I asked you to say what your next step was going to be, so be a bit more specific than you have here.

    Include an image as an example of your design ideas here or an example of the research you are going to do.

                  PROJECT SITE PLAN A site plan is a bird's eye view sketch of a region or area. In order to enhance the site plan, an analysis also has to be made of the climate, transport and accessibility in the town or region.  The map above illustrates the precise location of the Golden Horizon Apartments. It is located in Cromwell, Connecticut directly opposite the St Elizabeth Seton Church. The area of the site is 79,119.77 m² and the total perimeter is 1,138.3 m. The site consists of four main apartment blocks, underground parking, ground-level parking, playground as well as an outdoor lounge not forgetting the garden. The image above is of vegetation that has currently been burnt down. However, in my site plan, I included new layouts of plants that will be cultivated to restore nature's balance.
